Rodney and Kim Leftwich are known for their hand made folk and art pottery, based on the mountain traditions of North Carolina. Their creations include unique stoneware vases, pitchers, and candle lanterns with incised scenes of farms, animals, and people. They also make face jugs, figural animals, angels and other creations glazed with wood ash, clay slip, or crystalline glazes. Their work appears in many private and museum collections.
